Hopes and prayers, again
And now in Santa Fe, TX, where local, state and federal officials gathered once more to avoid stating the obvious: There are too many guns in the hands of too many incompetents. Since none of us wears incompetence on our chests, the only solution to the mass shooting problem is first to register your guns and your neighbors' guns and then to eliminate with legislation the ability to own or use a weapon of mass destruction, such as an explosive device or a multi-shot, high capacity rifle.
